摘要 应用ANSYS通用有限元分析软件 ,对某大型电站 6 0 0MW锅炉高压给水加热器的管板建立了考虑管箱、壳体和换热管影响的管板有限元实体模型 ,分析了管板的温度场分布 ,得出了管板上温度的分布规律 :在管板的布管区 ,管板的大部分厚度上温度接近流经该处换热管时的管程流体温度 。 In this paper, by using the general finite element analysis software ANSYS, a solid model of tubesheet, with tube-channel, part of shell and tubes, which is used in 600 MW station boiler high pressure water heater, was established. Then, the temperature field of the model was analyzed. And the temperature distribution of the tubesheet was abtained as follows: In the perforated region, the temperature distribution from the tube-side and along most of the tubesheet thickness is close to the temperature of the tube-side fluid flowing through the tubes, and only in a thin area from the shell-side, the temperature is close to the temperature of the shell-side fluid near the tubesheet.
