摘要
目的 :探讨ApoEε 4等位基因与AD病人海马萎缩的关系。方法 :利用MRI和PCR -FRLP方法对 34例AD病人海马体积和ApoE基因型进行测定 ,比较 17例含ApoEε4基因型和 17例不含ApoEε4基因型AD病人之间海马体积的差异性 ,分析AD病人海马萎缩与ApoEε4等位基因数目间的关系。结果 :含ApoEε4基因AD病人组海马体积和MMSE评分明显低于不含ApoEε4基因AD病人组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;ApoEε4基因数目与AD病人海马体积呈负性相关关系 (rs=- 0 2 10 ,P =0 0 0 2 4 ) ,即含ApoEε4等位基因数目越多 ,AD病人海马萎缩愈明显。结论 :ApoEε4等位基因与AD病人海马萎缩有关 ,它可能在AD的病理机理中扮演了一定的角色。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between ApoEε4 allele and hippocampal atrophy in patients with AD.Methods:Using MRI-based volumetry techniques and PCR-FRLP,the hippocampal volume and ApoE genotype of 34 AD patients were examined,and the differences of the hippocampal volume between the ApoE ε4 positive AD group(n=17)and the ApoEε4 negative AD group(n=17)were analyzed.The relationship between a number of ApoE ε4 allele and the hippocampal volume has also been evaluated.Results:The volume of ApoEε4 positive AD group was significantly less than that of the ApoEε4 negative AD group(P<0.05),and there was a negative relationship between a number of ApoEε4 allele and the hippocampal volume(r s=-0.210,P=0.0024),that is to say,the more of the number of ApoEε4 allele the patient has,the less the hippocampal volume he or she will have.Conclusion:There is a relationship between ApoEε4 allele and the hippocampal atrophy in AD,and it might play a role in the pathology of AD.
