十六国时期氐族和鲜卑族教育政策对比研究 被引量:1

A comparative study of the educational policies of the Di ethnic group and the Xianbei ethnic group in the period of Sixteen Kingdoms

摘要 本文对建立前燕、后燕、南燕政权的慕容鲜卑和建立前秦的氐族的教育政策进行了探讨。认为两族统治者都十分注重推广儒学教育 ,但慕容鲜卑的教育政策重上而轻下 ,受门阀士族制度影响较大 ;氐族则是重视社会普及性。造成这种状况的原因主要是所处的社会环境不同、进入统治层的汉人的社会背景不同、统治者的儒学水平及社会安定程度不同等。 This article makes a study of the educational policies carried out by the Murong branch of the Xinbei ethnic group who founded the Former Yan regime, the Later Yan regime and the Southern Yan regime, and the Di ethnic group who established the Former Qin regime. It holds that both of the two ethnic groups paid much attention to spreading Confucianism through education. But the educational policy carried out by the Murong branch of the Xianbei ethnic group attached greater importance to the spreading among the upper strata and paid less attention to spreading Confucianism among the lower classes because of the influence of the litrati and officialdom system. In contrast, the Di ethnic group paid special attention to the popularization of Confucianism in the society. The causes led to such situations were mainly the two ethnic groups lived in different social environments, the Han people who entered the ruling classes possessed different backgrounds, the ruling classes of the two ethnic groups were at different levels in grasping Confucianism, while the two ethnic societies were different in degrees of the social stability.
