摘要
目的 :评价和探讨胃肠道肿瘤病人围手术期应用肠内营养的效果及意义。 方法 :将 5 0例胃肠道肿瘤病人随机分成两组 ,试验组给予肠内营养支持 ,对照组给予常规治疗。治疗前及手术后第 3和 8天测定TNF α、NK细胞活性及IgG ,术中取标本检测增殖期细胞的比例。 结果 :治疗前两组无显著性差异 ,TNF术后第 3天试验组低于对照组 ,术后第 8天NK细胞活性及IgG高于对照组。 结论 :围手术期应用肠内营养能够提高病人的免疫功能 ,减轻术后应激反应。
Objectives: To investigate and evaluate the effect of enteral nutrition given to the patients with gastro-intestinal tumor during peri-operation stage. Methods: 50 patients were divided into two groups.The experimental group was given enteral nutrition and the control group was given routine therapy. TNF-α,NK activity,IgG level and the rate of reproduction cells in tumor specimen were determined and compared. Results: There were no differences in measurement items betwen the two groups before treatment.TNF-α in experimental group was lower than that in control group 3 days after operation, and NK activity and IgG level were higher than those in control group 8 days after operation. The rates of reproduction cells in tumor specimen of the two groups were similar. Conclusions: Enteral nutrition can improve the patients' condition and immune function, and decrease the stress reaction caused by operation.
