摘要
目的该研究主要探讨氯乙烯(VCM)对肝脏和DNA的损伤作用。方法彗星实验测DNA损伤,并按VCM接触情况将工人分为接触组和对照组,并检测工人肝功能和肝B超。结果接触组肝功能异常者、DNA受损程度均明显高于对照组。差异有统计学意义,按累积接触剂量分层分析表明,高累积剂量组和低累积剂量组工人,DNA受损程度均明显高于对照组。结论提示VCM对接触工人肝脏损伤和DNA损伤作用值得关注,彗星实验可用于VCM接触工人的健康体检。
Objective To investigate the adverse effects of VCM among exposed workers. Methods DNA damage and liver lesions were observed. Comet assay was employed to detect DNA damage. Ultrasonic B examination and serum biological parameters of liver function were carried out. Results The liver function deficiency and the degree of DNA damage of VCM exposed group were higher than that in the control. The risk of DNA damage was increased with the increment of cumulative exposure dose. Conclusion We should pay attention to the liver function and DNA damage of VCM-exposed workers. The comet assay seems to be a valuable technique to be included in the health screening of VCM exposed workers.
