摘要
目的用细菌学方法,观察某品牌臭氧发生器的灭菌效应,为探讨臭氧发生器有效地应用于防治职业人员鼻咽喉细菌感染提供参考性依据。方法①培养皿上方20㎝处发出臭氧,皿盖打开20min后送培养。②60ml有菌水中通臭氧10min后送培养。③10m3房间通臭氧30min前后平皿和血皿敝开30min送培养;④口鼻腔通臭氧共1min5人、2min4人前后口鼻腔拭子培养。结果4种实验观察与对照组相比较,均未显示该品牌臭氧发生器发生的臭氧具有杀灭细菌的作用。结论尚未观察到此种类型臭氧发生器对细菌具杀灭作用。
Objective To observe the sterilization effect of an ozonizer with bacteriological culture method, and provide scientific background to use ozonizer for prevention of rhino-pharyngeal infection among professional with high risk. Methods ①The ozone generated from ozonizer and fresh air from air-pump (as control) 20 cm upper puff towards culture vessels for 20 minutes; ② 60 ml dirty water in the bottles were aerated with ozone or fresh-air for 10 minutes. ③ The opening vessel was put in a space with 10 m3 for 30 minutes after aeration with ozone 30 minutes (as experiment) and without any aeration (as control); ④ samples from nasal cavity and left mouth was taken pre-and post-exposure of ozone for 1 min (5 persons) and 2 min (4 persons). Then all samples were cultured and the growth of bacteria was observed. Results There were no difference of bacterial growth in these two groups, i.e., with use or without use of ozonizer. Conclusion It indicated this brand ozonizer has no sterilization effect under present use condition.
