摘要
回顾分析了我院１３年间收住院治疗的气管支气管异物８１９例，发现其中３８２例在入院前曾有误诊史。对误诊原因从病史、临床表现、诊断三方面进行了讨论，提出了预防措施。
Abstract A retrograde analysis based on eight hundred and nieteen cases of tracheobronchial foreign bodies hospitalized in our departement within thirteen years showed that three hundred and eighty-two cases had misdagnosis history before hospitalization. The causes of misdiagnosis were discussed from three aspects i.e.,case histroy,clinical manifestation and diagnosis,and preventive measures were suggested.
