摘要
本文观察研究了九组共263例循环血TT_4、TT_3、FT_4、FT_3,经数理统计和临床综合分析判断,这些测定值生理、病理含义,临床价值不尽雷同。TT_4、TT_3是现今临床甲状腺功能检验常用,多用、频用的方法,仍不失为一种金试验。FT_4、FT_3测定方法灵敏,方法学上仍有争论;TT_4、TT_3留存的临床问题,FT_4、FT_3亦常存在,且易发生;FT_4、FT_3试剂盒价贵,在价格——效益分析上也应商榷。当前我国临床应用策略上似仍以TT_4、TT_3联合s-TSH为宜。
Serum total thyroxine (TT4), total tri-iodo-thyronine (TT3) free thyroxine (FT4) and free tri-iodo-thyronine(FT3) levels were determined with RIA in 263 patients, consisting of nine groups of various thyroid and non-thyroid diseases.The clinical significances of those test were analyzed .Combined TT4 and TT3 measurement is now in common clinical use and still serves as the gold (standard) test.FT4 and FT3 determinations are very sensitive but controversy over methodology remains. Clinical problems related to TT4-TT3 test frequently exist in FT4-FT3 test as well. Prices of FT4 and FT3 kits are much more expensive and the cost-effectiveness is debatable. At present, combined TT4-TT3 with s-TSH measurements remains to be the procedure of choice for clinical use in china and other developing countries.
