手术切除加激素注射治疗胸前瘢痕疙瘩 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨胸前瘢痕疙瘩的有效治疗方法。方法:采用手术切除加瘢痕区激素注射治疗64块胸前瘢痕疙瘩。结果:64块瘢痕疙瘩变为线状或萎缩性瘢痕,随诊1~6年,均获良好控制。结论:手术切除加激素辅助治疗胸前瘢痕疙瘩安全高效,易为多数医生和患者所接受。 Objective To study the methods of treating keloids in the anterior breast. Methods 64 cases of keloids in the anterior breast were treated with resection and local injection of triamcinolone acetonide. Results 64 cases of keloids became line-shape or atrophic scar and showed good control in 1~6 years follow-up. Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat treatments of keloids in the anterior breast with resection and local injection of triamcinoione acetonide, and it is easy to be accepted by most surgeons and patients.
