摘要
目的:观察甲状腺机能减退症与心肌酶学的关系,用以明确随甲状腺机能减低症状的好转,心肌酶学的改变。方法:对30例明确诊断的甲状腺机能减退症患者进行甲状腺激素替代治疗,在TSH恢复至正常范围后,观察治疗前后心肌酶学的改变。结果:甲状腺机能减退症患者存在不同程度的心肌酶学改变,经甲状腺激素替代治疗后心肌酶学可恢复正常,CPK、LDH、AST在治疗前后有显著的差异(P<0.01)。结论:甲状腺机能减退症所引起的心肌酶学改变,在不合并其他引起心肌酶学改变的疾病情况下,经甲状腺激素替代治疗后,随甲减病情的好转,心肌酶学可恢复正常。
Objective Investigated the relation of hypothyroidism and myocardial enzyme in order to ensure the changing of my-ocardial enzyme with the improvement of hypothyroidism.Method Thirty hypothyroidism patients were given the treatment of thy-roid gland hormone,after the TSH recovered normality,observing the changes of the myocardial enzyme before and after the treat-ment.Results The different degree changes of myocardial enzyme exsited in the hypothyroidism patients and could recover after treatment of hyroid gland hormone,and the CPK LDH AST had great different before and after the treatment.
