摘要
目的 :观察增生平对口腔扁平苔藓的治疗效果。方法 :口腔黏膜扁平苔藓病例 12 9例 ,其中糜烂型 89例 ,萎缩型2 2例 ,斑块型 18例 ,随机分为 2组 ,增生平治疗组 ,口服增生平每日 3次 ,每次 4片 ,连续服用 2～ 4个月 ;口炎清治疗组每日 2次 ,每次 10克冲服。结果 :增生平治疗组总有效率为 79 4 % ,口炎清治疗组 6 2 1% ,增生平治疗斑块型扁平苔藓有效率为5 5 % ,口炎清组 2 2 %。结论 :增生平组治疗口腔扁平苔藓有效率高于口炎清治疗组 ,特别是对斑块型扁平苔藓有较好的疗效。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of Zengshengping,a complex of traditinal Chinese herb on oral lichen planus. Methods: 129 patients with oral lichen planus,of which 89 were the erosion type,22 the atrophy type and 18 the plaque type,were randomly divided into two groups:Zengshengping treated group and the Kouyanqing treated group.Patients in the former group took Zengshengping 4 tablets each time and 3 times a day for 2～4 months.While the patients in the latter group took Kouyanqing 10 g each time and 2 times per day. Results: The overall effective rate in the Zengshengping treated group was 79 .4%, and was 62 .1% in the Kouyanqing treated group.The effective rate of the Zengshengping in curing the plaque type of oral lichen planus was 55%, and the effective rate was 22% in the Kouyanqing treated group. Conclusion: Zengshengping has certain curative effect on oral lichen planus,especially on the plaque type of the oral lichen planus.
