摘要
本文对喷气织机的耗电、耗气分析后认为,节约能耗关键在于减少耗气量。其措施为:确定合理的织造工艺参数;提高主、辅喷嘴和异形钢筘的加工精度;减少电磁阀的响应时间等。
In view of power and air consumption for air jet looms,the author discloses that reduction ofair consumption is key to energy saving for which measures are concluded as rational weaving pa-rameters, accurate main and auxilary nozzels and profiled reeds, short response time of electro-magnetic valves,etc.
