摘要
目的 :探讨护理人员的固有压力应对方式 ,并通过设置实施ABC情绪管理训练改良护士的压力应对方式 ,为有效管理护士压力提供实践指导。方法 :以 12 0名临床护士为研究对象 ,随机分为实验组和对照组各 60人 ,用压力应付方式问卷测量两组研究对象干预前后的压力应付方式 ,干预方法为对实验组进行ABC情绪管理训练 ,形式为集体培训与沙龙交流 ,内容包括情绪与压力的关系、ABC情绪机制、非理性信念和自言自语的表现、应对不良情绪的技巧及应对愤怒、焦虑、抑郁等严重不良情绪反应的自我分析与改进等项目。结果 :两组护士压力应对方式比较干预前无显著意义 ,干预后 ,解决问题型及有目的求助型应对方式的评分明显提高 ,而合理化、逃避、自责、幻想等非积极应对方式的评分明显降低 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :针对临床护士的ABC情绪管理训练有助于改良护士的固有压力应对方式 ,从而减轻护士的不良压力反应 ,有效应对压力。
Objectives: TO explore the inhered coping styles among nurses. To provide guidelines to manage pressures among nurses effectively through ABC emotion management training. Methods: 120 clinical nurses were randomly divided into two groups-the trial group (60 nurses, without intervention) and the control group (60 nurses, with intervention), Coping Style Questionnaire was used to evaluate the coping style used by the two groups before and after intervention. The intervention methods were group training and salon communication and the contents included: the relationship between emotion and pressure, ABC emotion mechanism, some manifestations such as non-logos belief and thinking aloud, and how to cope with the negative emotion such as anger, anxiety and depression. Results: Before intervention, there was no difference in coping styles between the two groups. After intervention, the coping styles of trial group was significantly improved (P<0.05). More precisely, the scores of problem-solving type and seeking help type were significantly enhanced, while the scores of some negative coping styles such as rationalization, escaping, self-blaming, pipe dreams were declined significantly. Conclusion: The ABC emotion management training was helpful to improving the coping styles among nurses to relieve their job pressure.
