硒及黑柄炭角菌多糖对LICC的调节研究 被引量:10

摘要 由Na_2SeO_3及黑柄炭角菌多糖活化腹腔Mφ,其产生的细胞毒细胞分化因子(CCDF)可与IL-2协同激活淋巴因子诱导的细胞毒细胞(LICC)。研究表明:两者诱导的LICC在杀伤肿瘤靶细胞的活性方面均有促进作用,其中黑柄炭角菌多糖具有更强的调节功能(P<0.05)。此外,还研究了抑瘤剂量的Na_2SeO_3对植瘤鼠(EAC)LICC活性的影响,发现高剂量的Na_2SeO_3对LICC有一定抑制作用,但与肿瘤所致的抑制相比,两者差异显著(P<0.05)。前者在停止给硒后,其活性可渐趋恢复。作者认为黑柄炭角菌是一类可通过诱导CCDF而对LICC起调节作用的免疫调节剂,对其最适剂量和作用机理有待进一步研究。 In this study.it was found that CCDF produced by activted M0 with Na2SeO3 or XP could induce the LICC under the help of IL-2. Both Na2SeO3 and XP could enhance the activity of LICC ,and XP had stronger modulating effect. We also examined the cytotoxicity of LICC from tumor bearing mice treated with Na2SeO3. The results showed that the inhibiting dosage of Na2Se03 had some suppression of LICC antitumor effect,but this inhibition was significantly lower than the control (P<0. 05). The LICC activity could resumed gradually after stopping giving Na2SeO3. In conclusion,the XP can be regarded as a immunodulation drug,its mechanism and optimal dosage are worth to be further studied.
