摘要 采用反向溶血空斑技术和杂交瘤融合技术证明BXSB小鼠胸腺中Ig分泌细胞(IgSC)增多、并与鼠龄的增加呈正相关,而雄性BXSB小鼠胸腺中IgSC增多的趋势比雌性BXSB小鼠的显著。BXSB小鼠胸腺中IgSC和B细胞的动态变化基本平行。实验结果提示不同月龄与性别的BXSB小鼠胸腺中IgSC和B细胞的数量不同与发病程度相关。此外,采用杂交瘤技术从胸腺中分离出单克隆的IgSC,可对其所产生的Ig的性质和病理作用作进一步研究。 IgSC in thymuses of male and female BXSB mice at different age were detected by reverse hemolysis plaque method and hybridoma technique. The results showed that IgSC elevated in thymuses of BXSB mice comparaed with C57 mouse controls. This IgSC increase, which paralelled with B cell incraese in the thymuses, was related to age of mouse and more obvious in male than in female. All above results suggested that the quantity of IgSC and B cell in thymuses of BXSB mice was related to their pathologic seriousness , and that monoclonal IgSC prepared by the hybridoma technique from the thymuses might provide an approach to the study of the properties and pathogenic actions of antibody.
