摘要 目的 运用自制的脉冲磁针治疗仪作用于头穴 ,治疗急性脑梗塞病人并探讨其治疗疾病的机理。方法 设立脉冲磁针组 30例 ,同时设立常规针刺组、静磁针组各 30例做对照组。测定 3组治疗前后血浆中组织型纤溶酶原激活物 (t- PA)、组织型纤溶酶原激活物抑制物 (PAI- )、D-二聚体 (D- dimer)的含量。结果与结论 脉冲磁针组与常规针刺组比较无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,两组与静磁针组比较均有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1) Objective To use self-pulse magnetic acupuncture instrument on scalp points for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and investigate its mechanism. Methods A pulse magnetic acupuncture group of 30 cases was set up and meanwhile a routine acupuncture group of 30 cases and a static magnetic acupuncture group of 30 cases were established as a control. Plasma tissue proplasmin activator (t-PA)、tissue proplasmin activator inhibitor (PAI-Ⅰ)and D-dimer contents were determined before and after treatment in the three groups.Results and Conclusion There was no significant difference between the pulse magnetic acupuncture group and the routine acupuncture group (P>0.05), but there was a significant difference between each of the two groups and the static magnetic acupuncture group(P<0.01).
