摘要
根据抗高脂血症中药研究资料逐类阐述 ,抗高脂血症中药研究内涵主要体现在直接调降血脂以及抗脂质氧化损伤、改善血管内皮功能、改善血液流变性、调节微量元素锌铜镁含量、影响低密度脂蛋白受体基因表达等方面 。
Objective To discuss the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine on hyperlipemia.Methods The literatures of hyperlipemia treated with traditional Chinese medicine are classified and expatiated on.Results The main mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine on hyperlipemia are reducing lipemia directly, resisting lipid peroxidation, improving the function of endothelium of blond vessel, ameliorating blood rheology, regulating the contents of trace element zincum, cuprum and magnesium, and affecting the gene expression of the receptor of low density lipoprotein (LDL).Conclusion Studying the relevant indexes is very important for evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine on hyperlipemia
