摘要
本文叙述了利用ANSYS程序对船舶产品下水时的浮箱结构强度进行详细有限元计算的方法。考虑下水船舶刚度对浮箱抗变形的作用,确定墩木反力在浮箱举船下水变形后沿纵向分布情况,提出了计算模型中的墩木反力加载技术。通过两个工程实例证明本方法可以对下水浮箱进行完整的结构强度校核,具有工程实用价值。
The paper carries out a finite element analysis on the structural strength of a pontoon during ship launching. Considering the effect of ship stiffness on pontoon counter-deformation, the paper deduces the distribution of launching block's reaction force in longitudinal direction after the pontoon being deformed during ship's launching, and it develops a loading technique of launching block's reaction force. Two engineering samples prove that the general and local strength of pontoon can be checked by the calculation method. Some meaningful results of launching calculation are obtained from two engineering samples as reference for other ship launching. This method can be applied in the engineering field related to maritime shipping or ship launching by floating docks.
