2型糖尿病患者抵抗素、颈动脉内膜中层厚度水平变化研究 被引量:4

STUDY ON CHANGES OF RESISTIN AND CAROTID INTIMAL-MEDIAL THICKNESS IN TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS

摘要 目的 :了解 2型糖尿病 (DM)患者血浆抵抗素水平和颈动脉内膜中层厚度 (IMT) ,探讨抵抗素、IMT的关系以及两者与胰岛素抵抗的相互关系。方法 :检测 4 8名 2型 DM患者血浆抵抗素、IMT及相关实验参数 ,并与正常对照组进行比较。结果 :1抵抗素、IMT、胰岛素抵抗指数 (IRI) DM组较正常对照组显著增高 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ;2抵抗素与 FINS呈负相关 (r =- 0 .392 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;IMT与年龄、IRI显著正相关 (r分别为 0 .5 0 4、0 .5 4 1 ,P <0 .0 0 1 )。结论 :2型 DM患者存在较高的抵抗素水平 ,IMT相对增厚。胰岛素抵抗是 2型 Objective:To investigate the levels of plasma resistin and carotid intimal medial thickness(IMT) in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 (T 2 DM). To study the relationship between resistin and IMT;and the interrelationship with insulin resistance.Methods:Resistin levels and IMT were measured in 48 patients with T 2 DM and normal controls(44 cases).The differences of resistin level,IMT and other parameters were compared among these groups.Result:①Resistin,IMT and insulin resistance index(IRI) in DM group were higher than in normal controls (P<0 001).②Resistin was negatively related with FINS(r=-0 392,P<0 05).IMT was significantly positively related with age, IRI(r=0 504,P<0 001;r=0 541,P<0 001 respectively).Conclusion:T 2 DM contained higher resistin level and IMT were comparetively thicker than the normal. The IMT increase as age increase .Insulin resistance is the chief risk factor in T 2 DM with atherosclerosis.
