摘要
薄膜工艺制备的传感器具有体积小、性能可靠、成本低等优点 ,在电化学传感器的微型化、集成化方面应用广泛。在薄膜工艺制备的微电极上固定乳酸氧化酶 ,制备出高性能的乳酸传感器 ,该传感器用于血清中乳酸的测定 ,其灵敏度和线性范围分别为 4 5 0nA/mM ,0 5~ 10mM线性相关系数为0 988;响应时间≤ 30s.
Thin-film technology has been widely utilized to develop miniaturized and integrated electrochemical sensors.Devices based on thin-film technology provide plenty of advantages of small,reliable and inexpensive.Immobilized Lactate Oxidase(LOD)on the surface of micro platinum-black gold electrodes,a high-performance lactate sensor has been presented.The developed sensor has been applied to measure lactate in serums.It exhibits excellent sensitivity of 450 nA/mM and a linear range of 0.5~10 mM.The linear correlation coefficient is 0.988,response time less than 30 s.
