摘要
西安事变之所以能和平解决，是由多种因素决定的。在这些因素中，虽然有大小主次之分，但都程度不同地起了作用。其间，事变的主要对象蒋介石也起了重要的配合作用，这种配合是蒋介石明智的选择，“觉悟的表示”（毛泽东语）。
