摘要
采用实践检验法、观察归纳法等 ,分析了传统体育实践课轻理重练的弊端 ,提出了必须充分利用高校学生智力优势、文化基础优势 ,在体育实践课中加强科学理论教育 ,使他们对体育运动 ,体育锻炼知其然更知其所以然 ,以提高学生的学习积极性 。
This paper first,with'practice-criterion method'and 'observe-conclude method',analyzes the disaditional PE practice lessons in college.Then based on the analysis,the paper suggests that ,by strengthening scientifie theory education,the college student'superiority in intellectual and cultural background should be taken full advantage so that students may be aware of what is going on and how it is going on in practice of sports.Thus initiative in learning will be stimulated and teaching quality will be improved.
