摘要
本文采用文献资料法、数理统计法和对比分析法,通过测试太原两家俱乐部的学员在练习健身操后体重及身体围度的变化,来探讨健身操合适的运动时间和运动强度,从而为健身操教练提供参考。
This paper used the method of documents, data calculating and contrasting analysis, tested the weight and body circumference changes of some people who is exercising in two clubs of Beijing, by these we discuss how to arrange the exercising time and intensity is more effective for weight control in order to provide the reference for more and more aerobics coaches.
