摘要
针对热轧H型钢翼缘较厚、腹板较薄、空冷过程中温差大、残余应力分布不均的问题,自主研制了一种新型控制冷却装置,介绍了该冷却装置的结构、布置及良好的冷却效果,并提出了将终冷温度进一步降低至700℃的冷却装置设置方案。
In view of thick flange,thin web plate,great different temperature and residual stress nonuniform distribution of hot rolled H-beam,a new controlled cooling device was developed by Maanshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.The structure,arrangement and cooling effect of the device were introduced.Meanwhile,the cooling scheme of finishing cooling temperature to 700℃ was put forward.
