摘要
随着金融体制改革的不断深入,资本市场法律法规体系的建立健全和证监会监管能力的提高熏我国已具备了一定的推出新的金融衍生产品的市场条件,文章结合股指期货的功能和作用与我国股票市场的实际情况,分析了目前在我国开展股指期货交易的可行性。
With the constantly depending of banking system reform, the system of laws and regulations of capital market is set up and amplified and the stock supervisory committee's ability to supervise is also improved . This means that our country has the market condition of putting out some new financial derived products. Combining the function of stock index futures with the actual situation of Chinese stock market, this article analyses the feasibility of pursuing stock index futures in our country at present.
