摘要
根据柴油机曲轴裂纹事故的一个实例,提出了一种利用扭振信号在线诊断柴油机曲轴裂纹的方法.给出了一种开闭型柴油机曲轴裂纹的刚度变化模型,并计算了含变刚度曲轴柴油机的扭振响应.同时提出了利用柴油机轴系扭转振动信号的峭度和谐次分析来诊断曲轴裂纹的方法.分析结果表明,这两个诊断参数有效.
The crack on crankshaft in diesel is diagnosed by using torsional vibration analysis. Stiffness will decrease because of crack. The stiffness of crankshaft is changed due to open-close cracks under alternating loads. An open-close mathematic model was introduced to calculate the torsional vibration. The results show that the kurtosis and high harmonic will increase when the crankshaft has crack.
