摘要
通过对新疆永安坝混凝土样品的扫描电镜、能谱分析和X射线衍射分析,结合永安坝所用原材料、所处地理环境和气候等特征,发现永安坝混凝土所遭受的腐蚀为碳硫硅钙石型硫酸盐腐蚀。这是在我国发现的首例碳硫硅钙石型硫酸盐腐蚀。文章还探讨了碳硫硅钙石的形成机理,提出了防止腐蚀的初步设想。
It is first identified that the deteriorated concrete of Yong'an dam belongs to the thaumasite form of sulfate attack by SEM,EDX and X-ray diffraction,then it gives further confirmation by analyzing the materials that the concrete was made of,the geographical condition and the climate where the dam lies to.This is the first discovery of thaumasite form of sulfate attack in China.In addition,the mechanism of thaumasite formation is explored and the preliminary measures of preventing from the attack are provided.
