摘要
83例牙周炎患者分为两组。A 组47例,用粘附缓释片;B 组36例,用普通口服片。用药前后三组厌氧菌 t 检验结果分别为3.54、6.25和5.63(P>0.01)。说明甲硝唑缓释片抑菌作用强于普通甲硝唑片。
Eighty-three patients with periodontitis were divided into two groups.Group A consisted of 47 patients and was treated with adhesion slow—released tablet of metronidazole,and group B consisted of 36 patients and was terated with oral metronidazole.The t—test for the oral index of three anaerobic bacteria before and after drug was 3.54,6.25,and 5.63,respectively,indicating that the bacteriostatic effect of adhesion solw released tablet was stronger than that of oral one.
