摘要
以松香和多乙烯多胺为原料合成了松香基咪唑啉(ORI)。并通过正交实验,对影响反应的各个因素进行模拟回归,得出适宜的反应条件:反应温度在230~240℃,二乙烯三胺和松香的摩尔比为1 6∶1,反应时间为5h,体系的真空度为2 67~5 33kPa。通过电镜分析表明合成产物对金属有较好的缓蚀效果。
A series of oil-soluble rosin-based imidazoline (ORI) were synthesized . The different factors effected on the synthesis of rosin-based imidazoline were studied .The optimized data and the suitable conditions were obtained through fractional factorial test: Reaction temperature is 230~240 ℃, the molar ratio of diethylene triamine (DETA) to rosin is 1.6∶1. reaction time is 5 h.under the pressure 2.67~5.33 kPa . Corrosion inhibitory properties of the compound were studied by SEM analysis.
