磷酸法制备低灰分活性炭的研究 被引量:4

摘要 介绍了磷酸法生产粉状活性炭的基本原理和工艺条件;通过实验研究了在固定原料含水量和活化时间的前提下,磷酸浓度、活化温度等对粉状活性炭灰分的影响,并寻求到用磷酸法生产低灰分粉状活性炭的最佳工艺条件:活化温度为350℃,浸泡木屑的磷酸的质量分数为68.9%。 Low-ash activated carbon is produced with phosphoric acid as the activating agent ,and the operation conditions are discussed in some detail. The effects of the concentration of phosphoric acid ,activating temperature on the content of ash in activated carbon are experimently examined ,and optimum condition's have been found. The optimum conditions are those with altivoting temperature at 350 ℃ and the mass froution of phosphoric anid that dipped in the chip being 68.9%.
