微生物源甘油脱水酶的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 综述了甘油脱水酶的结构、性质、酶活测定及其在甘油发酵中的作用机理等研究情况,介绍了甘油脱水酶基因工程的研究进展,并对其参与甘油脱水酶自杀性失活的再生反应进行了介绍,探讨了甘油脱水酶的研究前景并提出一些建议. Recent progress of the coenzyme B_(12)-dependent glycerol dehydratase was reviewed, including the structure and quality of enzyme, assay systems, and the distribution in glycerol fermentation. Other genes about glycerol dehydratase were recommended. Morever, the reactivation of suicide-inactivated enzyme was involved. The orientation of glycerol dehydratase was suggested.
