摘要
1990-1992在南京种植了399份材料,考察了生育期,每穗粒数,千粒重,赤霉病穗率,白粉病级,籽粒皮色,穗发芽率,株高8个农艺性状。计算了遗传参数,相关系数,并采用多维正态分布函数计算法估算了8个性状分别在经验标准,±0.25个标准差,±-个标准差3种选择压下的理论入选率。按经验标准选择的结果表明:1991年实收的218份材料中,扬州90T-27入选;1992年实收的369份材料中。
399 resources were ,researched about their duration of growth period(A),grain number perear(B),grain weight(C),seab(D),powdery mildew(E),seed coat color(F),pre-harvest sprouting(G)and plantheight(H).Genetic parameters have been estimated and the theoritical rates of the resources which accordedwith the criteria in their eight characters were estimated by using approaximate calculation of multiple nor-mal distribution.The computer selection results showed that one resource accorded with the experiential cri-terion from 218 in 1991 and five and one accorded with the experiential criterion and the ± 0s criterion from369 in 1992 respectively.The 20074/ /03256~4/Tom Thumb strain bred by Beijing Agricultural Universitywas good in eight characters during two years.350~400 resources were needed as basie population to be se-lected under the ±0s criterion and 250~300 as well under the experiential criterion.
