摘要
中间有圆柱孔的换能器和变幅杆是超声波振动珩磨装置的关键零部件.本文根据作者的研究实践,提出了在珩磨头可旋转的立式超声波振动珩磨装置中采用中间有圆柱孔的换能器和变幅杆的设计思想,探讨了中间有圆柱孔的换能器和变幅杆的设计理论及声学特性,并且成功地应用于立式超声波振动珩磨装置,使得珩磨油石在机床主轴不停止转动的情况下能够胀开,立式超声波振动珩磨装置具有实用价值.
Transducer and ultrasonic amplitude transformer with a cylindrical bore in the center are the key parts of ultrasonic vibration honing device. △ design is proposed to apply transducer and ultrasonic amplitude transformer with a cylindrical bore in the center to ultra- sonic vibration honing device on the basis of authors experiment. The design theory and a- coustic properties are investigated, which have been successfully applied to a vertical ultrason- ic vibration honing device,and make the abrasive stick expand under the rotating condition of machine tool spindle. Vertical ultrasonic vibration honing device developed by the authors has a practical significance.
