摘要
提出并论证了石油蜡类产品存在着天然光安定性添加剂的观点.通过考察加氢法生产凡士林产品中氮含量对先安定性和色度的影响.发现有两类对先安定性作用机理截然不同的NⅠ和NⅡ的氮化物.NⅠ对产品光安定性具有促进作用;而NⅡ则为非理想组分,并且第一类氮化物要比第二类稳定.推测NⅠ为碱性氮化物.NⅡ则为非碱性氮化物.这些结果解释了工业生产中存在着产品的光安定性和色度等诸问题,为从工艺条件上改善产品的光安定性和色度提供了一定的基础依据.
A Viewpoint been proposd and proved that there may exist some natural aditives affecting the light stability of petroleum wax productrs. Two types of nitrogencontaining compounds in vaseline(NⅠ and NⅡ) have been found. which have compleyely different behaviours on the light stability. NⅠ has been suggested to be some basic nitrogen-containing compounds. While NⅡis not to be. The presence of NⅠmay improve the light stability while NⅡplays a major role in decreasing the light stability. NⅠ is more stable than NⅡ.
