摘要 利用高凝油数学模型,对大庆油田萨北过渡带进行注热水驱的开发方案研究,结果表明,注热水开发高凝油藏比注冷水效果好,解决了由于在注入井近井带析蜡造成的压力猛增问题。在20年的方案预测中,注采量为40t/d,注水温度在50~80℃为最佳。为保证井筒中不析蜡,应采用热流体循环工艺,其流量250t/d,循环温度为100℃较好。沈阳油田、胜利油田实践证明,该项工艺是切实可行的。 To conduct research into development plan of oil displacement by hot water injection in Sabei intermediate zone,Daqing oil field, with mathematical model of high pour point crude,the result shows that to develop high pour point oil reservoir by injection of hot water is better than that of cold water, and thus solves the problem of pressure jump caused by wax precipitating near the injector. Program prediction for 20 years tells that injection rate and oil production both are 40 t/d, and the best water injection temperature is 50 ̄80℃.To insure no wax precipitation in well bore, hot fluid circulation technique should be adopted, with the circulating rate of 250 t/d and the temperature of 100℃ as better.After practice in Shenyang and Shengli oil field it shows that this technique is feasible.
