齐40块水平1井采油技术

摘要 针对齐平1井特殊的完井方式,采用114mm隔热管与62mm油管匹配注汽管柱,以保证井底有较高的蒸汽干度。同时,根据油层物性数据,应用计算机软件,优化设计了注汽速度、注汽量、井底蒸汽干度、焖井时间等参数。从第一周期开采过程看,注汽效果较好。另外,又对齐平1井水平井段长、油层位置深的特点,研制并应用了水平井机械开启式抽油泵。该泵泵效达到52.3%,实现了充分利用地层能量,提高油井产能的目的。 In accordance with the peculiar completion method of horizontal well 1(well Qiping 1) of block Qi 40, better steam quality in bottom hole could be achieved by adopting matched steam injection string of 144 mm insulating tube and 62 mm oil tube. Furthermore, parameters of injection rate, injected steam volume, bottom hole steam quality and shut in time,etc., are optimally designed with computer according to physical parameters of reservoir. The first period of production shows that the result of steam injection is good. In addition, in accordance with long horizontal interval and deep reservoir position of well Qiping 1, mechanical open pump is developed and put to use. The pump efficiency reaches to 52.3%, and the goal of fully utilizing formation energy and enhancing oil well productivity is achieved.
