三七止血活血机理的研究Ⅲ不同剂量三七对小鼠脑膜微循环的影响 被引量:8

摘要 以三七粉十二指肠给药,观测小鼠脑膜微循环。结果表明,三七给药1.4g/Kg,5.6g/Kg时,血流量分别增加24%,36%。尼莫地平(0.2g/Kg)增加58%。同时三七能使其中红细胞运行加快,这有利于促进血液循环,防止血栓形成。尼莫地平则表现不明显。结扎颈总动脉造成全脑急性缺血实验表明,三七具有一定的拮抗作用,但同尼莫地平一样都比较弱。 It is showed, by injection of Radix Panax Notoginseng (RPNS) to the duodenum, that the blood flow ofmice's meninge was higher 24% and 36 % respectively, when doses of RPNS were 1. 4g/Kg and 5. 6g/Kg. The flowof Nimodipini (NDP 0. 2g/kg) increased more than 58 %. Meanwhile, red blood cells (RBC) in the vessel moved raidly, by the test way of Laser Doppler, to which promoting the blood circulation, preventing the thrombosis from the vessel, while NDP has not the effect. By the way of ligaturing the cephalic artery to make the model of acute cerebral ischemia, it is showed that RPNS could inhibit the ischemia from the brain, but weakly as NDP.
