摘要
对79例自杀未遂的精神分裂症患者与493例无自杀未遂的精神分裂症患者进行了病例对照研究。结果表明,两组患者在自杀家族史、病前生活事件、慢性精神分裂症、偏执型精神分裂症、妄想、抑郁、反复发作等方面存在显著性差异。并对精神分裂症自杀未遂发生的有关因素进行了讨论。
In thif study, 79 schizophrenics with unsuccessful suiside and 493 schizophrenics with parasuiside were investigated. The results showed that some factors, such as family history of suiside, life events before onset, chronic schizophrenia, paranoid type of schizophrenia, delusion, depression, relapse and so on, existed significantly defference between the two groups. The authors discussed the relevant factors caused unsuccessful suiside.
