摘要
根据本所图书馆的现状,提出图书馆实现可持续性发展必须建立新型的信息服务管理模式,包括建立馆内运行机制创新、信息资源管理模式创新、信息资源建设创新以及教育培训创新。
The paper puts forward the management model for new type information s ervice so as to realize sustainable development on the basis of the current stat us of the library of the institute, including innovations in new operation mecha nism, resources management model, resources construction and training and educat ion within the library.
