摘要
着重介绍了一套数控三维在线自动编程、仿真系统,该系统是在分析在线编程优点、比较数控程序校验方法的基础上,借助三维图形开发工具标准OpenGL,利用面向对象的编程方法开发实现的.实践证明,该系统能够准确、直观、快速地生成数控加工程序,逼真地实现三维图形显示,动态地显示刀具运动轨迹和实现零件地模拟动画加工.
The text has introduced a set of system of 3D NC Auto-Programming and Simulation.On the principle of object-oriented programming, the system is developed, which is on the foundation of analyzing the online programming merits,and comparing the check-up method of numerical control. By practicing,it has proved that the system is accurate,directly perceived through the senses,and fast produces the processing programming of numerical control and can be lifelike to realize three-dimensional graphical displays and dynamical to show cutter sport orbit and realize the simulation cartoon of parts which are processed.
