后续烧结对爆炸压实CuCr合金显微组织的影响

摘要 对爆炸压实CuCr合金坯采用两种低温烧结处理工艺,通过观察其显微组织变化研究了后续烧结对爆炸压实CuCr合金显微组织的影响。结果表明,氢气烧结处理后的CuCr组织呈现出液相烧结的特征,而真空烧结处理后表现为固相烧结的特征,经烧结处理后的组织比爆炸坯的组织细小。Cu、Cr合金坯经低温烧结处理后,仍由Cu相、Cr相以及少量氧化物组成。另外,微区内出现轻微的成分偏析,烧结体含有大量的应变条纹和位错。 Two kinds of post-sintering processes were used for explosively compacted CuCr alloys, and microstructure change before and after sintering was observed, so as to study on effect of post-sintering on microstructure of explosively compacted CuCr alloys. The results showed that, the microstructure of CuCr alloys showed liquid-sintering characters after hydrogen sintering, the microstructure of CuCr alloys showed solid-sintering characters after vacuum sintering and their structure after sintering treatment was finer than that of explosively compacted CuCr alloys. After explosively compacted CuCr alloys were post-sintered, CuCr alloys still were composed of Cu phase, Cr phase and small amount of oxides. Besides, compound separation appeared at lower degree in micro-area, and there were many strain stripes and dislocations in the sintered CuCr alloys.
