摘要
利用化学气相沉积法制备碳纳米管(carbonnanotubes,CNTs),分析了气源、催化剂及温度等因素对CNTs形貌和纯度的影响.利用化学复合镀技术制备了Ni P CNTs纳米复合镀层,并研究了镀层的摩擦性质及电化学性质.研究结果表明:与Ni P镀层相比,Ni P CNTs纳米复合镀层的耐磨性及耐腐蚀性均有较大程度的提高.
Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) is prepared by means of chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method.The effects of the experimental factors such as vapor sources,catalysts,and temperature on the morphology and purity of produced CNTs are studied.The Ni-P-CNTs composite coatings are prepared with chemical composite coating to chnique.The tribological properties and corrosion behaviours of the composite coatings are investigated.The result shows that the Ni-P-CNTs composite coatings exhibit not only high wear resistance but also low friction coefficient compared with the Ni-P composite coatings.The corrosion resistance of Ni-P-CNTs composite coatings is superior to that of Ni-P coatings.
