摘要
探讨了在高等教育改革和社会转型条件下，大学生的综合素质及评价标准，提出了测评方案和原则，并提出了测评的开放性原则，讨论了今后完善的方向．
This paper discusses the comprehensive quality of college students and the estimation standard under conditions of the higher education reform and the social transformation , and puts forward the method and principle of estimation. The openness principle of estimation is presented. The direction of the perfection of it is discussed as well.
