摘要
作者总结71例迟发性外伤性颅内血肿(Delayed Traumatic Intracerebral Hematoma,DTICH)的护理观察体会。认为意识障碍、瞳孔改变及出现新的神经系统缺失性表现是其早期的临床表现。动态观察及比较Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)、神经系统体征有助于早期发现及处理,同时防治并发症也是改善预后的重要内容。
The experiences of nursing and observation for 71 patients with delayed traumatic intracerebral hematoma (DTICH)were reviewed. Deteriating consciousness, abnormal pupil and new presenting neurological defects were their early clinical manifestions. A serial observation and comparison of Glasgow coma scale(GCS)and neurological signs are contributive to early diagnosis and management. The prevention and treatment of complications are very important to improving these patients' prognosis.
