摘要
二甲基二环氧乙烷(DMD)脱木素率超过70%,白度达50%SBD以上,用DMD处理硫酸盐木浆所形成的残余木素能溶解于随后的碱抽提段,含有DMD(T)段的TEPQP漂序的硫酸盐木浆TCF漂白,其浆料白度可达90%SBD。
Dimethyldioxirane(T), as a source of “activated oxygen”, was tested. It may be used as a bleaching agent not containing any chlorine. A Kappa number reduction of more than 70% through a T stage bleaching was claimed for Masson pine kraft pulp. Dimethyldioxirane treatment renders the residual lignin soluble in the subsequent caustic extraction stage in a way much similar to the action of chlorine. Laboratory trials gave Masson pine kraft pulp of 90%SBD brightness via a totally chlorine free OTE PQP bleaching sequence.
