摘要
本文论述了成人学员的三个特殊性,针对这三个特殊性,提出了做好思想工作的两个途径:一是个别教育长抓不懈,二是关键环节狠抓在前。
The passage states the three specials about the members of adult.To point of statement,I bring forward the two ways of doing mind of preparerations:one is persisting in education in part,the other is grasping in key part.
