摘要
目的了解新生儿由产科转入儿科的原因和必要性。方法回顾分析由产科转入儿科的新生儿100例临床资料。结果本组由产科转儿科前三位原因分别为新生儿窒息(40%)、吸入性肺炎(33%)、反应低下(9%)。治愈率96%,死亡率1%,转上级医院3%。结论适时地将存在各种影响健康因素的新生儿转入儿科监护或治疗,对保障新生儿健康、降低新生儿死亡率十分必要。
Objective:To study the necessity of newborns were transferred from obstetric department to pediatric department.Methods:To analyse the pathogenesis of 100 newborns who was transferred from obstetric department to pediatric department.Results:The major reason of newborns transfer is asphyxia(40%),aspiration pneumonia(33%),slow-response(9%).The cure rate is 96% and mortality is 1%.Conclusion:It is very necessary to transfer the newborn who suffers from serious non-health factor to pediatric department,so as to assure the newborn health and decrease the newborn mortality.
