摘要
阳离子交换树脂在5A分子筛作为脱水剂的条件下,催化十二(碳)酸和乙醇合成十二(碳)酸乙酯。实验发现阳离子交换树脂的催化酯化性能良好,此方法具有操作简便、反应条件温和、对环境友好、收率高等优点。本文研究了醇酸物质的量比、反应时间、催化剂的用量及催化剂的性能对反应的影响。最佳工艺条件是,醇酸比10∶1,回流时间13h,阳离子交换树脂用量为月桂酸用量的12%,分子筛用量与理论生成水质量比为10∶1,采用无水乙醇作原料。十二(碳)酸乙酯酯化产率可达到90.1%。
Cation exchange resin coupled with 5A molecular sieve as dehydrator is found to catalytic synthesis of ethyl dodecanoate from dodecanoic acid and ethanol. The catalyst showed a high catalytic activity,and this method have much advantage.such as easy to operate high yields, pollutant reduced. The effects of reactant ratio, reaction time, property and quantity of the catalyst on the esterification were studied. The proper technological conditions were given as follows: the mole ratio of ethanol to dodecanoic acid is 10∶1, reflux time is 13 h, the quantity of the cation exchange resin equal to 12% mass of dodecanoic acid, the mole ratio of the content of 5A molecular sieve to the productive of water is 10∶1, choosing anhydrous alcohol as raw material. The yield of esterification product is 90.1%.
