摘要
通过不同污染浓度下液压元件模拟摩擦副污染磨损的试验研究表明,液压元件的污染磨损与油液污染浓度呈非线性关系,并提出了油液污染浓度影响系数α,以揭示在不同的污染浓度范围内,油液的污染浓度变化对元件寿命的影响程度.给出了现场条件下液压元件寿命估算的数学模型和系统目标清洁度与寿命延长系数的关系.
Introduced the MMU-5 fluid contamination wear test system and the contamination wear experiments of hydraulic components similitude friction pair.The results indicated that the contamination wear of hydraulic components is in non-linear relation to the oil contamination extent.Put forward an oil contamination concentration coefficient α so as to indicate the effects of fluid contamination concentration change to the hydraulic components life.Advanced the mathematical model of the hydraulic components life estimation method and established the relations of the system target cleanliness to the life extension coefficient.
