摘要
基于淀粉在可降解包装材料上开发应用的意义和潜力 ,从淀粉改性的角度 ,阐明了天然淀粉的主要性质和特点 ;集中讨论了采用微波辐照、机械挤压、超细微粉碎和γ -射线辐照等物理新技术处理淀粉的作用机理 。
Based on the significance and potentiality of development and application of starch in degradable package material, from the view of starch modifying, the main properties and features of natural starch were expounded. The elemental principles of treating starch by the new physical techniques including microwave irradiation, mechanical extrusion, ultra micro disintegrating, and γ-ray irradiation were especially discussed. The application researches and achievements of these techniques were introduced.
